Ingredients

1 pkg. firm tofu
1¹/₂Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. Tamari or soy sauce
1 chopped scallion

Preparation

Chop all ingredients together except for the scallion, which should be mixed in afterwards.
Serve on a bed of lettuce
